Upper Arm Bruise, Between Bicep And Tricep, Sharp Pain, Armpits Pain. Is It A Trapped Nerve?

I have a bruise on the inside of my upper left arm, between the bicep and tricep, and it isn't from an impact.
I get a sharp pain along the length of my arm if i raise it straight overhead and try to hang from a bar. The pain feels a bit like an electric shock. The bruise goes from my left armpit to about midway down the upper arm, but the pain travels further. Could it be a trapped nerve? What should i do?
Many thanks, Marc.

Hello
thanks for the query
An electric shock like pain might be due to nerve entrapment.
please get your nerve function test done.
Delay might damage the nerve permanently.
