Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. You are tired, you are having headache, nausea, dizziness, body pain, resonably high fever etc. From the look of it, it ought to be viral infectious disease. It is very difficult to diagnose without having pathological reports because, now a days we have lot of pathogenic activities and diseases.

You did a wise judgement to visit a physician. He will advice you accordingly. Meanwhile take rest, drink plenty of water and don't worry.

Hope this answers your query. Availble for further clarification.
