hi.I am 19 years old. I had unprotected sex and i got levonelle one step after 17hrs. i am not sure that it is really necessary to get the pill but i wanted to guarantee myself just in case because my last period was on 18th september and it is generally regular. Now i need help i am very worried if the pill does not affect.

First of all dont panic . As you have taken the drug within 72 hrs it is literally impossible to get pregnant.
In studies it has showed effectiveness of approximately 99% so, there are few cases of contraceptive failure.
So, guarantee cant be given. Just wait and if you miss your next period do a pregnancy test on or after the day of missed period.
