Unprotected Sex, Stress, Lack Of Sleep, Delayed Periods, White Vaginal Discharge. Causes For Symptoms?

Hello, can stress make you ovulate late? By the week I should be ovulating, I was so stressed and I almost got no proper sleep. And I still don t have my period now. I had sex last November 26 but he didn t ejaculated inside. I don t have any pregnancy symptoms though besides slight period-like cramping, and I ve been releasing this lotion-like white discharge since last week.

Stress can delay the periods.
Besides stress anemia (low hemoglobin) can also cause a delay in periods.
There is awide variation in the duration of periods. It can vary from as less as 20 days to as long as 42 days. So wait for some time and observe your periods for few more cycles.

You can get a pregnancy test in case you are doubtful about it.

Passage of white colored vaginal discharge is called leucorrhoea.
There are many causes for leucorrhoea.
Infection is the most common cause for it. In case there is associated itching then it may suggest a fungal infection.
Sexual stimulation can also cause white colored discharge.
If the discharge is prolonged and/ or associated with symptoms of itching then you can get a culture of vaginal discharge. This will identify the organisn causing infection and hence aid in management.
