Hello Good Evening, Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, is always not a good sign for running pregnancy. You should take immediate actions as follow: Please go to the gynecologist for auscultation of fetal heart sounds, per abdominal examination and get USG for fetal well-being, position of placenta, liquor and rule out any harm to the fetus, followed by strict bed rest and please do not involve any strenuous activity including sex, till delivery.
