Hello Good Evening,

Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, is always not a good sign for running pregnancy.

You should take immediate actions as follow:

Please go to the gynecologist for auscultation of fetal heart sounds, per abdominal examination and get USG for fetal well-being, position of placenta, liquor and rule out any harm to the fetus, followed by strict bed rest and please do not involve any strenuous activity including sex, till delivery.

Please get diagnosis for the bleeding, and strictly follows the instructions and medications of your gynecologist.

Take care,

Dr. Naresh Jain.
