Unprotected Sex, Nausea, Fatigue, Sore Nipples. Negative Home Pregnancy Tests. Chances Of Pregnancy?

So, I had unprotected sex about a week and a half ago, I ve been feeling nauseous, I ve thrown up after eating anything other than saltines. I ve been feeling super tired, never feeling rested, and my nipples are sore. I ve taken a at home pregnancy test , and its come up negative. Could I be pregnant, with it being too soon to tell on an at home test, or what?

The pregnancy test needs to be repeated. It may not be clearly positive in early pregnancy or if hormonal levels are low because of possibility of miscarriage of pregnancy.
