Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the fact you have stated it appears that you have developed a lump on under surface of glans on Rt side This is most likely a what ia called as partial Paraphimosis which contains clear fluid and is now increasing in size by spreading in the middle and left side.This need s to be confirmed by clinical examination by a surgeon. If confirmed it can be subsided by injecting a Hyluranidase(Hylase) mixed in saline.Please continue to take antibiotics like Doxycycline and anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac twice daily.Please get the prescription of these drugs from your family physician.
