I m 23, 5 6 , 165. i have been having severe headaches and abdominal pain , recently i began to get a brown discharge . i was looking at information online and it all led to having an std . i recently had unprotected sex, can you please let me know what it might be?

Severe abdominal pain and headache with brown discharge can be due to gonorrhea .do urine examination .if there are lot of pus cells confirms it .use azithromycin 2000gm single dose can cure it
