Unprotected Sex, Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge, Burning On Urinating, Abdominal Cramps. Cure?

I have had a complete hystorectomy 13 years ago. I had unprotected sex and did not have any STD s before that. Now I have a foul smelling vaginal discharge , burning especially with urination , and now I have developed lower abdomen cramps . This started Saturday after I had unprotected sex on Friday night. What could this be signs of?

Hi there.

I dont think with or wthout hysterectomy unprotected sexual exposure is a safe bet.

Your symptoms are suggestive of a Urinary tract infection with ? organisms but ascending.

Please do a urine routine test & then you will be in a clearer position.

Also if the protection is inadequate or absent, you may want to test for the standard STD's.

An Antibiotic like Azithromycin 1 gm stat currently may be the way forward & drink loads of water & attempt to flush out any residual infection.

I wish you good health but please do practice SAFE SEX always & do use protection!
