Unprotected sex. Using vaginal spermicides, no other contraceptives used. Chances of conceiving?

Hi I have a query regarding spermicides...I have used a vaginal spermicide for the first time..would like to know how effective it is..there is no other contraceptive I used that still apprehensive that i may conceive. Is there anything I can do at the moment to avoid conception . My last cycle occured on the 15 of november and I used the pessary on the 26 of november. Pls help.

Use of only spermicide is associated with high failure rate. Its better to use some other reliable contraception in consultation with your doctor.
