Unprotected Sex. Per Ejaculation. Anxiety. Taking Vitamin C And Sods. Chances If Pregnancy?

Hello, Doctor. I know this may sound terrible and.. Maybe not to odd but I'm
a teenager and I made the mistake of having sex without protection. My boyfriend swore that he didn't ejaculate inside of me or pre-ejaculate, though, I'm still very nervous and scared. My stomach has been feeling gassy and a bit jumpy, but that could be because of anxiety. Immediately when I came home, I took lemon juice and sprayed it inside of my vagina just to be safe and to kill any sperm cells. I was also outside in the cold for awhile and am not sure if the sperm cells would have died on their own (if I did have sperm inside of me.) I want to know if I'm taking the right precautions? It has been about 6 days since I had sex and I haven't felt any symptoms or pregnancy. I've been drinking plenty of vitamin c (ascorbic acid), and I've been eating lots of sushi, drinking caffen such as coffee and soda, also grounded cinnamon in my coffee. I want to know if I should keep drinking lemon juice and doing what I am. I had my October period already and I'm nervously waiting for my December one. I usually get them around early to mid of that month.. Sometimes towards the end, I don't have a specific day. What should I do if this method isn't going to work? I cannot tell my parents (especially my mother) and I'm not sure if I can go to a clinic. If I can, I'll try my best to, but I don't want the doctors over there to tell them. Please help me out! I'm scared and nervous, and I know that I made a huge mistake. I very much appreciate you taking the time to read this! Thank you so much.

Hi,
Sex you had is to be considered as unprotected sex and even absence of ejaculation or pre-cum, there is a risk of having pregnancy.
Now go for pregnancy test after 7-8 days passed of your expected date of period to rule out pregnancy.
Take morning, mid stream urine sample for test.
Ok and take care.
