Unilateral Enlargement And Drooping Of Left Breast. USG Showed Bilateral Fibroadenosis, Benign, Increased Mammary Tissue. Advice

22yr old, female, unilateral enlargement and a drooping of left breast since one year, consulted a general surgeon, advised USG, report came as bilateral fibroadenosis, benign, increased mammary tissue,
complain was unilateral, report was bilateral, I am confused that is why, I don't get pain in breasts during menses, it feels like my left breast lost some grip and is falling a little down that is why, I am confused since a year, please help, I wasn't advised any treatment, what do I do? do I need some treatment?

Fibroadenosis is a normal variant of breast tissue.
It just implies that our breasts are more lumpy and denser than normal.
You would be having sagging of breasts due to increased breast tissue.
You can try exercises that strengthen your pectoral muscles such as swimming, gym workouts to target the specific muscles.
If all else fails to have the desirable results, plastic surgical correction can help you.
