Unexplained Bruising On My Arms And Legs

I generally feel Ill with no energy, muscle aches and neck stffness. Also very very tired. I had a CBC 2 weeks ago which came back normal with no actions. I have now come out in bruises on my arms and legs which are unexplained Can anybody help?
