Uneasiness and pain in chest, restlessness

hello doctor hello sir this is amit sharma here and i am going through a problem from last 5 months,i get uneasy sumtimes and it gets effected to my heart i get restless but i dnt get a pain in my heart but my heart gets restless and this was usually in nights and so i could not sleep but now i get restless in the afternoons as well as in the evenings i mean its very uncertain these days my family doctor told me to undergo a nlood test and my reports were totally normal except my blood pressure was bit high she gave me sum medicines for blood pressure but i my heart still gets restless at times i just want to get rid of this pls help me and suggest me what should be done my age is 29 and what am i suffering throug? thanx resgars amit sharma

Hi welcome to HCMForum. you are getting the chest discomfert when the stomach is dmpty. it appears to be gastric rejated.
we cant exclude cardiac problem unless ECG is studied. i advise you to consult a physician. for diagnosis. you may have to get the tests done. ECG. GASTROSCOPY.
besides other routine tests. besides i suggests to follow some diet ristrictions as use more curd with food. drink more water. avoid spices chillies. junk foods. fries.
finally avoid thinking about your health. you will be fine.
