Hello and welcome to HCM
It would be good if you post the entire follicular scan report on all days.
What I get from your report that there is rupture of the follicle on the 11th day. Rupture of follicle signifies ovulation. If ovulation is normal then chances of conception are good. Presence of simple cysts in ovary is a normal finding. It does not hinder ovulation or conception.

I would appreciate if you post a detailed report and the the diagnosis of your problem ?Polycystic Ovarian Disease.

Thanks and take care
