Undergone Uterus Scan, Kidney Measured 11.0x3.5cms, Left Kidney Measured 11.6x3.5 Cms Cortical Outline Echogenicity Differenciation Normal. Can You Please Elaborate On This?

Hi this is vedavathi age-31 i have under gone uterus scan today had ultra sonic report which says right kidney measured 11.0x3.5cmsnad left kidney measured 11.6x3.5 cms cortical outline echogenicity deffrenciation are noramal. pelvicalyceal sytems are compact. There is a evidence of 6 mm calculus in the mid polar calyx in the left kidney. Impressions: * Left Renal samall calyceal calculculus. *Bulky restoverted uterus with large intauterine fibroid . *Mild cystitis with significant post-void residue. *No other remarkable findings. So i request your valuable advices and suggestions on this report.

Hi, welcome to HCM.
Ultrasonography of kidneys is nearly normal except for small renal calculus. It is non obstructive so no need to worry much.
Main concern is bulky uterus with fibroid. If she is symptomatic like having increased menstrual bleeding then needs treatment from board certified gynecologist. Cystitis with residual urine are possibly due to fibroids.
