Undergone Heart Surgery, Artery Collapsed, Blocked. Is This Same Thing? Worried?

My partner has recently undergone heart surgery. Initially, he had a triple heart bypass ( CABG ) but found out that 2 of the bypass grafts had blocked where they were attached. His next surgery was 7 months later when they inserted stents into 2 arteries. The consultant told him that the artery had collapsed, but now says it is blocked. Is this the same thing? And should we be worried?

at times the bypassed grafts get blocked due to noncompliance or delayed resumption of antiplatelet drugs and need revascularisation with surgery or stenting.do take aspirin and clopidogrel as advised by ur cardiologist regularly.go for regular folowups.
