Undergoing Menopause. Prescribed HRT Gel. How Can I Loose My Weight?
I am currently going through the menopause and was recently perscribed an Oestrogen only HRT gel. I lost 16lbs before being perscribed HRT and now I can t seem to lose any weight. I have been very strict with portions and eat a well balanced diet but my weight has not reduced (around 1300 calories). Should I be approaching weight loss in a different way?
