Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Severe lower back pain is not common in early pregnancy. Back pain is usually experienced by women in 2nd and 3rd trimesters.

To be on the safer side, I would advise you to visit your obstetrician as soon as possible. They may end up doing a serum Beta HCG level now rather than waiting for 2 days. You may be even advised for other tests to rule out over causes of back pain.

I wish you all the best.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you

Regards
