Hi,

Welcome to HCM.

What is your age? Are you married? Kindly write about your sexual activities. Have you got any recent injury over your scrotal area?
The above facts will give more information about your problem and subsequently for the solution.

Your problem may be possibly due to a condition called as Epidydimitis
(Inflammation of a bulky tract from the testicle leads to Vas Deferens). Epidydimitis may be due to various infectious reasons like Tuberculosis, Filariasis, Sexually Transmitted Infections and also due to non specific urinary tract infections etc.
Home remedies like tight and inner fittings, avoidance of two wheeler riding, weight lifting and cold sponging will relieve your problem temporarily.
You have to consult your surgeon and only by examination and investigations, we can arrive at a diagnosis and treat the problem.
There are some other non infectious conditions also can cause such pain, which can be pointed out or ruled out by the surgeon by examination.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
