Unbearable muscle spasms frequently, muscles inflamed. How to treat it?

yes my 25 year old daughter keeps having muscle spasms on her left side that is almost unbearable and she has went to the doctor and they said they are spasms and that her muscles are inflamed but i think it may be something other than that and i am concerned. she had to leave work the other day by ambulance because they were so bad so what can she do.

Recurrent muscle spasms can be due to benign causes like electrolyte imbalances of vitamin B 12 deficiency. It can also be related to serious causes like myositis. You need to get her examined by a neurologist for proper diagnosis.
