Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Pain in the knee and left side of chest might both be related to a musculoskeletal syndrome. You can start taking mild pain killers and hot fomentation for a symptomatic relief. In case the pain is persistent, physical examination is necessary.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
