Unable To Sleep, Tingling In Arms And Legs With Chest Pain After Stopping Alcohol. Taking Alprox Or Zolfresh

I am 40 Yeasrs old Male. I was taking alochohal earlier till last 03 Months before, now lefe immediately.

Unable to sleep during night due to tingling in both arms and legs, chest pain & taking Alprox 0.5 MG / or Zolfresh 10 Mg 02- 03 time in a week.



Please help me.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Withdrawal symptoms are frequent after stopping alcohol. There may be insomnia and anxiety symptoms for 3-4 weeks. You may take chlordiazepxide in tapering doses under the supervision of your treating psychiatrist. The tingling sensation may be occurring due to thiamine deficiency which needs to be supplemented.
