hi i m 30yrs old female. my height is 5 feet 2 inch n my weight is 70 kgs. i want to reduce weight doing exercise regularly n taking healthy diet too. i have pcod for that i have taken treatment but after all these efforts my weight is still troubling me. i m taking ramistar h5 mg for my high bp . plz suggest how to reduce my weight.

Yes you are over weight around 12 -14 Kg. I guess your weight has been gained due to Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Please inform about your Menstruation cycle every month and suffering any pain, if any.

Test your Female Hormone level (estrogen and progesterone )

- Avoid foods that produce excess Estrogen like Plastic & packaging food, water, medicine
- Avoid high saturated food like cheese, red meat , butter and yoghurt
- Increase to intake food rich in Phyto nutrient that improves the secretion of natural
estrogen
- Boost the level of anti-oxidant level of food in your diet with fresh green fruits,
vegetables, Crane berry and increase cancer fighting mineral selenium.
- Add protein from soy isolates reduce carbohydrate
- Royal Jelly also can improve your female hormonal balance.
- Use 5-6 liters of water per day.
- Practice Yoga to intake fresh Oxygen in your body
