Unable To Kneel, Rest On Knees, Sit Down On Floor. Hand And Body Shake. Why?

hi sir, please kindly help me out. it has been quite long ago that i noticed that i can no longer kneel or rest on my knees. i can't even sit down on the floor without resting my back on something which makes my hand and body shake even when i'm not in anxiety mood. please help me here anyone. my email is YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

This is a common difficulty by most people who are used to sit on chairs and work. They tend to use a dining table for meal. The joints and muscles lose the stretch and they would not be able to kneel down and stay on the kneels for longer time. You just require a regular stretch exercise to be able to perform the actions described above unless you are physically handipapped.
