Unable to hold erection, excessive masturbation. Been on omeprazole. Should I think of abstinence?

I have been masturbating for over a decade now. Last time being some 3 weeks ago. 3 days back I wanted to have my first sex with my fiance but couldn't hold an erection and was even ejaculating before I penetrated. I haven't been able to hold one since then. Really worried.

I happen to have been on omeprazole treatment (duodenal ulcer relapse) for a little over a week now. Could it be the cause of my problem? And whether or not it isn't the cause, please what can I do without resulting to drugs for a start. I am thinking of abstinence for a start. Will like to hear from you. I can't do this to this wonderful lady. Please help.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of premature ejaculation at your very first intercourse with your fiancé.This is not abnormal at all and happens with everybody doing sexual act for the first time. This is mostly due to anxiety.
You had been indulged in masturbation since last 10 years and now facing problems related to sexual activities.First of all there is myth in a mind of common man that excessive masturbation is the reason of all sexual problems But I would like to state that it has been discussed in scientific forums all over the world and proved scienificaly that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any organ or system in the body. All the problems that you are facing now are mind related and due to anxiety. Following measures will help to boost up your level of confidence and allay anxiety and there by improve your sexual performance,
1) Practice moderate exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 hour.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vitamins A,C,E,D.fruits and vegetables .
3) Avoid alcohol and smoking .
4)Take some anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.
Do not worry things are bound to settle over a period of time.
