Unable To Have Intercourse, Ejaculating Before Penis Entering Vagina, Engaging In Foreplay. Solution?

Hi sir i use to masturbate alot i am married now but i can't carry out a sexsual intercourse the condition is so bad that can't have sex because i ejaculate before i enter my penis into her vagina. Plus as we are having foreplay i feel like my penis is full of semen and i can come out anytime. And my penis skin has become very soft and sensitive the erection is not very hard. Please help me i am very upset because of it and its ruining my sex life.

Premature ejaculation is a common problem in youngster ,but need not to worry as this is a curable .
Don't rely upon quacks.
Consult a psychiatrist and get his treatment and opinion.
You will get relief within first 7 days and take full treatment as advised by your doctor.
