Unable To Get Sleep At Night. Took Anxiety, Stress Medicine, Still No Help. Cure ?

I am unable to get sleep at night. Its continuing for the last 1 year or so. I had visited doctors and they have prescribed medicines for anxiety & stress . But for me there is no such factor of anxiety or stress, my work life & personal life is going well & there is no such stress or depression what so ever, still I dont get good sleep at night. Its very difficult to fall asleep for a long time after going to bed.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello...you need to assess your work condition...are you suppose to work late intermittently , or need to travel a lot...also you need to asesses your sleep hygiene. If you are fine in all these areas than you need to consult a psychiatrist who will try you with other methods of sleep induction along with medication..you should not use these medication irregularly and once able to get good sleep with medicine should get thawed medicines tapered regularly.....this the best way of getting your problem solved
Take care
