Unable to conceive and irregular period. I was on chlamydia for a while before this. Am i not getting pregnant because of this?

i been trying to get pregnant for a while my ex boyfriend gave me chlamydia before
i have got treated for it a while back but i think i can't get pregnant because of it. My period
comes when it wants it is never on time and i know i'm not pregnant i took test everything, but
lately i have this strong smelling urine like fishy smell i need answers ?

Chronic chlamydial infection can affect the internal pelvic organs and can lead to infertility.
But if diagnosed early and treated properly the damage can be prevented.
So you once consult gynecologist and get examined to find out the possible cause for your problems.
You need one ultrasound to find out the causes leading to irregular periods and infertility.
With your doctor's advice go for thyroid profile once to rule out that factor.
