Unable To Conceive And Irregular Period. I Was On Chlamydia For A While Before This. Am I Not Getting Pregnant Because Of This?

i been trying to get pregnant for a while my ex boyfriend gave me chlamydia before
i have got treated for it a while back but i think i can't get pregnant because of it. My period
comes when it wants it is never on time and i know i'm not pregnant i took test everything, but
lately i have this strong smelling urine like fishy smell i need answers ?
