Hello, thanks for posting the question to H.C.M.C.
Hydrogen Peroxide is a main ingredient in bleach and due to the pungent smell of this your's nostrils smell senses have brunt ( mildly) so temporary loss smell is there.
Don't try to take any medicines for this because your's smell senses will recur with 7-10 days time .
Other thing which you can do is start morning walking in fresh air for few days or till recur your smell sense.
Inhale very fast and exhale very fast 10-15 times twice in day and you will get relief much earlier.
Need not to worry for these small thing as these things harm your body in many way.
Have a good luck. Dr. HET

Nose block or nasal congestion is caused due to the inflammation of the blood vessels of the mucus membrane lining in the nose that causes an over secretion of mucus, obstructing the nasal passage. This can be lead loss of smelling performence.
Inhation of bleach can cause severe internal damage, including deteriration of the esophagus lining and lungs. Scarring of the respiratory tract can also occur.Bleach inhalation can result in eyes burning, nose irritation and coughing.
Ayurvedic teatment for nose block is readily available and devoid of side effects and very effective too.
1.Boil water with a few drops of camphor and ajwin and inhale the steam. Nasal steam inhalation for 5 to 10 mins twice a day provides good results.
2.Oil of oregano is another ayurvedic remedy for nasal congestion.
