Hello and welcome to HCM,

The ultrasound report reveals that conception has taken place and a gestational sac has formed.
However, there is no cardiac activity.
The heart has not developed in the fetus.
This condition is calld 'blighted ovum'.
The fetus is not viable and the pregnancy cannot move further.
Medical termination of the pregnancy needs to be done.
Consult your gynecologist for dilatation and curettage of the fetus.

Thanks and take care
