Ultrasound Shows Normal Fetus, Heartbeat Not Audible On Checking. Is Everything Ok?

Hello, My wife is pregnant of six months, she completed six months of pregnancy just 7 days ago and she is in third trimester of pregnancy. Today she had the routine check up with doctor after one month and doctor checked baby heartbeats, after checking for few minutes she could not able to listen the baby heartbeat and asked for the urgent ultrasound . We did the immediate Ultrasound and report was found normal and baby heartbeat in the fetus was found ok. But we scared a lot, is everything seems to be fine?

Hi thanks for your question.Your Doctor could was unable to listen the fetal heart sound and ultra sound report is normal,there is nothing to worry.Some time it is difficult to listen fetal heart sound due to position of fetus in uterus,so there is nothing to worry.Hope i answered your question.
