Ultrasound Shows No Foetal Heart Beat, Size Of Sac 27mm, Foetal Pole 8mm. Advised Abortion. Opinion?

I am 35 years old, I had an earlier miscarriage and i have no earlier issue i am 9 week pregnant but ultra sound report said there is no foetal heart beat and the size of the gestational sac is only 27mm and the foetal pole is 8mm, doctor told me for abortion . Please advice me what should i do? I am very much depressed now, is there any chance of continuing the pregnancy?

Thanks for your query.
At 9 weeks of pregnancy, with a fetal pole of 8 mm and a gestational sac of 27 mm, tlhere should definitely be evidence of heartbeat within the fetus.
As that is not the case, sadly, you have to go for termination as advised by your doctor.
There is no doubt about it.
You should also send the products of abortion for chromosomal analysis.
Also, get yourself thoroughly investigated by a Fetal Medicine Specialist for cause of recurring abortions.
