Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have gone through your ultrasound findings in detail.
In the earlier feb 2013 ultrasound, there is fullness in the kidney pelvis on both sides, the cause of which is not mentioned.
In the sep 2013 ultrasound, there is fullness only on the right side and the left kidney is normal.

In the absence of stones, infection or any obstruction, a consultation with an urologist may help to find out other causes. If no cause can be found thent there is nothing much to worry because your creatinine is normal.

Hope this helps
