Ulcers On Tongue, Swollen Gums, White Spots On Tonsils, Hard To Swallow. Taken Tylenol
i have several ulcers 5-7 on my toung under it as well my gums are swollen and i have white spots on my tonsils its very sore and hard for me to swallow . at first i thought it was strep but i never had my gums swell before or ulcers on my toung. also i was having cold sweats and the chills until i started taking tylenol cold multi symptom. but my mouth is still sore.

i think you are suffering from respiratory tract infection with mouth ulcer.
use warm water for drinking.
use clotrimazole mouth paint for application.
use cefixime 200 mf twice daily for 5 days .
paracetamol plus ibupfren combination thrice daily for 5 days
