UTI Infection, Recurring Condition. Tried Demannos, Vag Pack, Cranberry Juice. Treatment?

My Mom, a 79 year old, is having a continual UTI . Cicpro, another anti-biotic and even 3 shots of Rotassen has not taken it out. She is trying a Vag Pack now put on a tampon to put inside to try and eliminate the infection. She has tried Demannos, mms, cranberry juice etc... Nothing seems to work, any recommendations? thank you

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your mother has chronic UTI secondary to what is called as Post Menopausal Urethral Stenosis.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and endoscopic examination of Bladder (Cystoscopy) to confirm the diagnosis.
She needs to undergo following tests
1) urine routine and urine culture to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
2) Ultrasound scanning of the abdomen.

She may need endoscopic urethra Calibration followed by Self Catheterisation at home to resolve her problem permanently.
