USS Shows Bulky Uterus, Expanded Myometrium. Shows Uterine Fibroid. Want Opinion

i am chinasa USS shows a bulky uterus with an AP diameter of 6.8cm. The myometrium is slightly expanded in the mid-posterior wall with solid tissue masses with mixed echo-textures and AP diameter 3.3cm and 1.8cm respectively. They are sub-mucous and intra-mural in location respectively. Internal OS closed. Right adnexa appear free. Pouch of Douglas is empty. No free pelvic collection sighted. No cyst. No cyesis. The comment reads Uterine Fibroid and she was advised to see her Doctor for urgent management. We ve just been married and she soesn t have any Doctor yet. Kindly give us your opinion and advice. Very worried husband.

Thanks for the query.
Your wife is having two fibroids with the sizes you mentioned.
The treatment of fibroids mainly depends on the symptoms.
If your wife is having any symptoms like pain abdomen, excessive bleeding during or in between periods or infertility due to fibroids etc. then only you have to think about treatment.
In asymptomatic woman usually treatment is not needed.
If the treatment is needed she can go for medical treatment as the fibroids are of small size.
