Type 2 Diabetes, Labored Breathing, Stress Test Shows Blockage, Heart Cath Shows No Blockage, Chews Tobacco

My Dad is 66 yrs old and has type 2 diabetes. He suffers from labored breathing. He recently had a stress test that supposedly showed a blockage. He went for a heart cath and they found no blockage and the cardiologist said his heart was fine. He is on metformin and glipizide. Could these medications be causing the labored breathing? He also chews tobacco which we know is bad for him, could that be causing the problem? He said he doesn't know what is wrong but he "knows" that something is.

Hi, it appears that he has gastric hyperacidity, or peptic ulcer. Or there may be some infection in the lungs, like tuberculosis, or eosinophelia. The other and most important cause could be anemia.
so i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
