Hello,
The most simple way which is also the most ideal and difficult way to reduce your weight is reduction of calories and doing regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.All these new fancy weight loss schemes benefit the people more who are advertising them, rather than a common person.
Avoid junk foods, sweets, deep fried foods and colas.
Take more of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Besides these,do get tested for thyroid function tests as many a times hypothyroidism doesn't let you loose weight.
Thanks

Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Robert Ponoc Jr.'s  Response
hi. just a few questions and comments on your post.
For how long have you been diagnosed with diabetes? What is the dose of your metformin? what is your latest fasting blood sugar level and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)?

Don't get frustrated. The treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus is a combination of diet modification, exercise, and medication.

I would love to hear from you for any follow-up querry or update on your condition.
