Two Problems. Friday Night I Opened My Mouth Very Wide,

Two problems. Friday night I opened my mouth very wide, heard a pop and felt pain under my chin that radiated to the left mandibular joint. Now it appears I have nerve damage on the left side of my face. I look like I have had a stroke. My mouth does not close completely. My smile is asymmetrical. My left eye blinks. But, I cannot wink. When my right eye blinks, my left eye kind of rolls to the left. My feeling on the left side of the face is deadened. I think I popped a nerve.
Second problem is low back pain with sciatica. Don't know what I did to my back, but the pain is horrendous. When I first stand, I look like an old man.
