Two neuro fibromas removed from hand, gave shot in incision, swelling in eyes, fibroma near eyebrows. Solution?

I recently had two neuro fibromas removed from my left hand. Five days ago the dermatologist gave me a shot in the incision to mooth out the incision. Over the weekend I broke out on the left side of my face with my left eye swelling shut. The attack left me with a new fibroma near my left eyebrow. Can this be related and what should I do next.
