Twitching, Weak, Dizzy. Sometimes Shaky. Test Showed Ferritin 15. Completed Medication. No Relief. Suggestions?

Have muscle twitching, feeling weak, and dizzy. Sometimes shaking inside. Ferritin was 15, took iron and vitamin c 3 times a day. Ferritin climbed to 45 and my neurologist said to get off iron. Weeks later feeling weaker and twitching and pins and needles throughout day. What should I do? Also, does it take a while (weeks or months) for symptoms to disappear when on iron for low ferritin?

Hello,

Ferritin is one which carries oxygen to the tissue.
It helps the tissue to synthesize the energy it needs.
These symptoms may be due to anaemia.
