Twitching in eye, wrist pain, sick feeling in morning. Blood tests earlier showed borderline b12. What should be done?

hi have twitching in my right eye also pains in my wrist and feeling sick in the morning had ablood test done few months ago showed border line in b12 had another blood test done came back ok so no treatment was not needed now i feel as though its coming back should i go back to the doctors or leave it as i felt like i was wasting there time last time

twitching=u may have neuropathy..please take multivitamins rich in B-complex, methycobalamnine and vitamin C, avoid alcohol, take diet good in nutritional value,
there may be associated dryness in yr eyes take refresh tears eye drops 2 hourly..
for wrist..please get the X-ray AP and lat view of yr wrist done..and get it examined by orthopedician, till then u may take pain killer with muscle myspas forte ,1 tab twice a day..u may also do hot fomentation of wrist .., u may use voveran jelly application , and u may use SUMAG-magnesium sulphate ointment application at the wrist area..
please tell me about reports..
