Twisting, Severe Cramping In Abdomen While Bending Forward, Lower Back Pain. Any Ideas?

Hello there. I'm a 47 year old female who is experiencing something odd and painful. When I bend forward (especially if straining in any way) there is a twisting, "rolling over" or flipping sensation and severe cramping in my lower right abdomen. I can't tell if I should be worried, as I tend to have a high pain tolerance. I also have lower back pain that won't seem to go away. What in the world is going on?

Hello,
Your symptoms need to be investigated properly by clinical examination and imaging.
Please consult your doctor and they may suggest an ultrasound of your abdomen keeping right lower abdomen pain. If the ultrasound is normal, a X ray of lumbar spine may be required.
Hope this helps.
