What is the best way to get complete cure for Knee pain ?
hi, thanks for the question, First of all, which part got twisted, knee or ankle,If its the knee as happens in sports injuries ( especially football ) the most common problem that happens is the meniscal tear in which case there is c/o pain in the knee with locking of joint during extension of joint.Such repeated injuries causes hemarthrosis and swelling the joint ( effusion ). First line of management is rest (knee brace ) to be worn for 3 weeks ( not 3 Months ) and if there is no improvement for 6 weeks then there are 2 options.Either MRI SCAN or DIAGNOSTIC ARTHROSCOPY.
