Turkish/ Moroccan Hammam During Pregnancy, Please Advice
I am nearly 20 weeks pregnant , and was wondering if it is safe to get a Turkish/ Moroccan Hammam treatment. I get these treatments often and have seen pregnant women in these Hammams before. Please advice. Thank you.

well it is better you ask your gynaecologist once as your treating doctor she/he will be in a better state to assess your condition and let you know as far as massage is concerned make sure you take precautions not to put pressure on the abdomen or any other complications.
