Tubes Tied, Swollen Stomach And Missed Period

I am 31 and I had my tubes tied in 08, missed period over 2 weeks now, negative pregnancy test, mood swings, and swollen stomach. Sharp pains in my belly button that come and go lasting for a few seconds. What could be causing this?
