Hi there ~ I understand your concerns. I am sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with tuberculosis, which can be a very deadly disease if not treated. I hope you have consulted an infectious disease physician who has you on anti tubercular treatment. I also think that using marijuana would not be good for your healing, i.e. it would delay your recovery from tuberculosis as it slows down your metabolism and also may cause you to become dependent on it. If you feel like you cannot quit marijuana on your own you need to consult a specialist in substance use disorders who could be your psychiatrist. I wish you well in your path to recovery.
