Trying To Quit Smoking. Feeling Tired. Pain In The Ovary, Nausea And Anxiety. Pregnant?

Hi I m Meagan. I have been extremely tired lately and I also just quit smoking cold turkey. I had my period Friday- Monday and I am taking orthrotricyclin lo I have left pain in my ovary and nausea from time to time but I also have terrible anxiety so that doesn t help. What could this be. Everyone s saying pregnant but idk. And I just had a pap an culture done everything neg.
