HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It can be difficult to lose weight.
You may want to determine if there are any situations or scenarios which provoke your appetite for example:(1) if you walk a certain route , do you see stores or food sellers that make you want to stop and get something
(2) do you eat in front of the tv or computer or reading a book
(3) do you eat when you are in response to a particular mood

If you can identify any specific situation that results in increased consumption then you can work to change it. In addition look at what you eat, remove any unhealthy food from your environment so that you cannot use them.If they are not around you, you can't eat them.
On some diets certain foods are allowed to be eaten as much as the person wants for example on a low carb diet you can use as much protein as you wish so you may want to stock up on the allowed foods.

You may want to consider visiting a bariatrican (weight loss doctor) who may be able to guide you and possibly prescribe medication to help with the appetite.

I hope this helps
